2. Packaging & Transit Protection

Wooden wall shelves, MDF units, and wrought iron garden decor require robust packaging to prevent damage during long-distance transit. Every Star Handicraft package includes:

High-density polystyrene (thermocol) corner protectors and edge buffers.
Bubble wrap / moisture-barrier film wrapping around each shelf board.
Heavy 5-ply / 7-ply corrugated export cartons sealed with reinforced industrial tape.
Installation hardware bag containing screws, plastic anchors, and step-by-step assembly guides.

3. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been placed on Flipkart, Amazon, or Meesho:

You will receive an automated SMS, WhatsApp, and email confirmation with your Tracking AWB number.
You can track real-time transit status by opening your Flipkart or Amazon app and navigating to Account → My Orders.

4. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

Although we maintain a 99.4% transit safety record, if you receive a damaged box or scratched shelf due to rough courier handling:

Do not worry! You have complete buyer protection on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho.
Simply open the respective app, click on the item under My Orders, and select "Request Replacement / Return".
You may also email us directly at arshadhandicrafts19@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged part, and we will assist in resolving the issue immediately.
